Jeebs Gmail Bridge

Jeebs Gmail Bridge is a private, user-authorized email workflow operated by HomeBuyer Experts.

Its purpose is to let an authorized user connect selected Google/Gmail accounts and use those accounts for on-demand email search, reading, attention triage, and explicitly approved email actions through the user’s AI-assisted workflow.

What the bridge does

The bridge may access Google account identity information and Gmail data only after the account owner authorizes access through Google’s OAuth consent process.

Depending on the action requested by the authorized user, the bridge may access information such as:

• account email address and basic identity information;
• Gmail message and thread metadata;
• message headers, sender/recipient information, subject lines, and message bodies;
• message or thread identifiers needed to search, retrieve, organize, or act on email;
• information necessary to prepare or complete an email action that the user explicitly requests or approves.

The bridge is designed to keep connected mailboxes separate. Mail is fetched on demand rather than copied into a permanent combined mailbox.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the email functionality requested by the authorized user, including:

• searching connected mailboxes;
• reading messages when needed for the requested workflow;
• identifying messages that may require human attention;
• preparing or completing user-requested email actions;
• maintaining the authorized connection required to provide those functions.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated marketing purposes.

Human control

The account owner chooses which Google accounts to connect and may revoke access through their Google Account permissions. Consequential email actions remain subject to explicit user direction or approval within the workflow.
